| The promotional marketing materials described above, as well as any future marketing materials and/or allowances will only be made available to those Authorized Resellers who uphold Palram’s Minimum Advertised Price Policy (a.k.a. MAPP), whereby palram publishes Minimum Advertised Prices (MAP’s) for some of its HobbyGrower brand consumer-oriented products, and Resellers agree not to advertise those products to the public for less than the respective MAP’s. By law, Palram cannot obligate Authorized Resellers to sell HobbyGrower products for any particular price, |
but Palram can withhold marketing support, promotional materials and literature, as well as potential cooperative promotional funds from those Resellers who don’t honor and uphold the MAPP.
