We’ve worked hard to create a marketing and sales strategy that allows for a robust reseller network. Whether you’re a large distributor buying in truckload quantities or a small retailer with only enough room for a brochure, we’ve got a plan for you. This portion of the HobbyGrower Web site is designed to provide general descriptions of the different types of Resellers that our HobbyGrower marketing program supports.

First, you should know that we use the term "Reseller" to broadly describe any company that buys HobbyGrower products specifically for resale. Authorized Resellers must be committed to providing excellent communication and service to prospective HobbyGrower customers and, when necessary, they must act as an intermediary between Palram and end users to remedy occasional problems or claims. Authorized Resellers are not expected to perform warranty service or supply warranty parts.

"Authorized Master Distributors" are required to have significant distribution capabilities and must have an interest in servicing smaller HobbyGrower Resellers. Master Distributors must also be willing to commit to multiple container purchases on an annual basis.

"Authorized Reseller" is the description that will apply most often to companies involved in selling HobbyGrower products. Authorized Resellers can be small distributors, multi-store retail garden center chains, independent retail garden centers, online resellers, mail-order catalog companies, or even landscape contractors. Authorized Resellers can purchase pallet quantities for maximum profitability, or they can purchase individual units to be drop-shipped direct to their store or to their customer.
