Fred Teufel of Oregon Roses in Forest Grove, Oregon renovated his decades-old Thompson-Built glass greenhouses using the DrainAway Greenhouse Re-Covering System. At left is a photograph of what the greenhouses looked like prior to reglazing with DynaGlas using the Drainaway System. Oregon Roses' Thompson-Built glass houses required substantial maintenance. It also allowed far too much infiltration to be energy efficient. What's more, with so much algae growth on the rafters, light transmission was way below optimum levels.
